Tea Club was founded by Naima Mattar and Fayadh Al-Dosri in June 2007 after promising careers in the financial services industry.

Mrs. Mattar is Tea Club Managing Partner, Finance, Operation and Head of development of the brand,

Naima has worked throughout her career primarily in the Middle East with globally respected financial institutions such as Alliancebernstein, Banque Credit Agricole Indosuez, Chase Manhattan Bank, and Gulf International Bank, predominantly in senior capacities. Naima was educated at Kuwait University where she received her B.A. in Accounting.

Fayadh is Tea Club Managing Partner, Executive Chef and team Designer of the brand,

In brief Mr. Al Dosri fusion style of cooking and learning the art of tea from masters in china has amazed every one whoever have experienced Tea Club. Fayadh has worked for the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait where he has had substantial electronic banking and customer service experience, helping form initiatives for proper adherence to regulations while promoting profitability. Fayadh was educated at the USA and majored in Multimedia and Design at Ahlia University Manama Bahrain, where he was a member of the 1st student counsel, demonstrating his leadership skills at a young age.
